We want shopping with Cutie By Design to be easy. Use this page for quick answers about ordering, payment, production, shipping, returns, damaged items, custom orders, and getting help.

How do I place an order?

Choose the product you want.
Select any available size, color, style, or other options.
Select Add to cart.
Open your cart and review your items.
Select Check out for regular checkout.
Enter your contact, shipping, and payment information and follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase.

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal may appear as optional express checkout methods. You do not need a Shop Pay account to place an order.

How do I pay?

Payments are completed securely through checkout. The payment methods currently available to you will be displayed there. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or verification codes by email or through the contact form.

How long does production and shipping take?

Most physical products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is ready to ship. Shipping time begins after production is complete. Standard and Express shipping options may be available at checkout. Choosing Express shipping speeds the carrier transit portion only and does not shorten the 5–7 business-day production period. Carrier delivery times can vary by destination, service level, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering with the product name and requested date so we can let you know whether the timeline is realistic.

What if my package or item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If the shipping package is damaged, include photos of the packaging as well. Please do not discard the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Damage to the outer package does not automatically mean the product itself is damaged. We will review the item and packaging photos and determine the appropriate next step.

What if I received the wrong item or there is a production error?

Contact us with your order number, a description of what is wrong, and clear photos of the item you received. Once the issue is verified, we will review the appropriate resolution.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Many Cutie By Design products are made to order, personalized, or custom and are generally final sale. Returns or exchanges are generally not available for change of mind, an incorrect size, color, or option selected by the customer, or personal preference after production.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a confirmed production error, contact us before sending anything back. Approved resolutions are reviewed case by case and may include a correction, replacement, store credit, or refund. Please do not return any item without prior approval.

How do custom orders work?

If you need a custom design, personalized item, photo-based product, special wording, or something you do not see listed, contact Cutie By Design before ordering when possible. Include the type of product you want, the wording or personalization needed, and any important deadline. We will confirm what is possible and provide the appropriate ordering instructions.

What should I include when I contact you?

Existing order: Order number and a short description of what you need help with.
Damage, wrong item, or production error: Order number, description of the issue, clear photos of the item, and packaging photos when relevant.
Checkout help: Product name and the step where you are having trouble.
Delivery-date question: Product name, destination, and the date you need the order.
Custom order: Product type, requested wording or personalization, and any deadline.
