Most physical products from Cutie By Design are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.

Depending on the order, Standard and Express shipping options may be available.

Please note: Shipping time begins after production is complete. Choosing Express shipping speeds the carrier transit portion of your order; it does not shorten the 5–7 business-day production period.

Delivery Timing

Carrier transit times may vary based on destination, service level, weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other conditions outside of our control.

For this reason, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery guarantee is stated on the product page.

Made-to-Order, Seasonal & Event Items

For custom, made-to-order, seasonal, holiday, or event-related products, please order early enough to allow time for both:

• Production

• Shipping and carrier transit

If a product listing includes a specific order-by date or delivery cutoff, that product-specific notice takes priority.
